Luxembourg-based Kleos Space, a radio frequency reconnaissance company that provides intelligence and geolocation data as a service, is set to establish a new facility in Leicester, UK.

Located within Space Park Leicester, the new site will include research, development and manufacturing operations and forms part of the company’s long-term expansion plans. The company cited the park’s technology-centred community and state-of-the-art facilities as the reasons behind its investment.

In a press release global chief innovation officer Miles Ashcroft commented: “The Space Park offers a fantastic work environment for us, and with its plans for the future and potential opportunities for collaboration, it is a great a fit for our strategy to grow to meet the demands of our customers.”

Developed by the University of Leicester, Space Park Leicester was officially opened in March 2022 in partnership with Leicester City Council and the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership.
