Dutch e-commerce fulfillment service provider, CIRRO Fulfillment, has announced the opening of its 21st fulfillment centre.
The new centre based in Lichfield in the UK covers 33,000 m2. The centre, named Ergo Fradley 354, is a joint venture between NFU Mutual and Ergo Real Estate. It is a state-of-the-art facility that has achieved an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent and Planet Mark certification, enabling sustainable, reliable, and efficient operations.

The facility is equipped with 50-meter protected yards, controlled entrances, and advanced monitoring systems for safe storage of products. With a height of 15 meters, a floor load capacity of 50 m², and 36 dock levelling equipment, the facility offers ample storage space, can accommodate heavy products and ensures a quick turnover of goods.
CIRRO Fulfillment’s location enables it to cater to a highly populated region with a population exceeding a million within a 30-minute drive from Lichfield, Burton, and Birmingham. Located on the A38, it benefits from improved transportation connections and direct routes to Lichfield and the northern Midlands through the M6 motorway. Moreover, the M1 offers easy access to the rest of the United Kingdom, including cities like London in the south and Leeds in the north.

With the opening of this new facility, CIRRO Fulfillment now operates 15 locations throughout the UK, covering more than 200,000 square meters of space dedicated to fulfillment. More broadly, the addition of this new fulfillment centre widens the company’s presence in 14 European nations, increasing the total storage area to over 500,000 square meters. This wide-reaching network aids businesses in efficiently growing their online sales activities.
