
Dutch e-commerce fulfillment service provider, CIRRO Fulfillment, has announced the opening of its 21st fulfillmentĀ centre.
The new centre based in Lichfield in the UKĀ covers 33,000 m2. The centre, named Ergo Fradley 354, is a joint venture between NFU Mutual and Ergo Real Estate. ItĀ is aĀ state-of-the-artĀ facilityĀ that has achievedĀ an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent and Planet MarkĀ certification, enablingĀ sustainable,Ā reliable, and efficient operations.
The facility is equipped withĀ 50-meter protectedĀ yards, controlledĀ entrances, and advancedĀ monitoringĀ systemsĀ for safe storage of products.Ā With aĀ height of 15 meters, a floor load capacity ofĀ 50 mĀ², and 36 dockĀ levelling equipment,Ā the facility offersĀ ample storage space, can accommodateĀ heavy products and ensuresĀ a quick turnover of goods.
CIRRO Fulfillment’s location enables it to cater to a highly populated region with a population exceeding a million within a 30-minute drive from Lichfield, Burton, and Birmingham. Located on the A38, it benefits from improved transportation connections and direct routes to Lichfield and the northern Midlands through the M6 motorway. Moreover, the M1 offers easy access to the rest of the United Kingdom, including cities like London in the south and Leeds in the north.

With the opening of this new facility, CIRRO Fulfillment now operates 15 locations throughout the UK, covering more than 200,000 square meters of space dedicated to fulfillment. More broadly, the addition of this new fulfillment centre widens the company’s presence in 14 European nations, increasing the total storage area to over 500,000 square meters. This wide-reaching network aids businesses in efficiently growing their online sales activities.
