Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), part of the Indian conglomerate Hinduja Group, has launched a new intelligent experience hub in Manila, Philippines.

HGS’s new facility bolsters the company’s capability to deliver technology-enabled solutions for clients while providing a modern workplace for employees. Additionally, it plans to create over 1,000 new jobs in business services and digital transformation within the next two years. The new centre has an initial capacity of 1,500 seats and can accommodate up to 3,000 employees in two shifts.

Situated in Manila’s central business district, the new hub consolidates HGS teams from various locations into a single, purpose-built facility. It will cater to the demands of evolving technology-driven businesses and new delivery models. It also features collaborative spaces that enhance teamwork and deliver increased value to clients.

Earlier this year, in August, HGS signed a letter of intent (LOI) with the Philippine government to scale its local operations significantly. It has also announced plans for new offices in Iloilo and Bonifacio Global City.

Giridhar GV, chief executive officer of Asia-Pacific and global chief human resources officer at HGS, stated that the Philippines has been integral to HGS’s growth for over two decades.

“This new intelligent experience hub marks yet another important milestone in our commitment to this region,” he added.
