California-based Global Upside, a provider of incorporation, outsourcing, accounting, HR, payroll and compliance services, has opened a new office in Warsaw, Poland, to support clients in eastern Europe. The company will also establish branches in China and Japan in late 2021 to better service the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, it will open offices in Colombia and Mexico to bolster client service delivery in Latin America.

In a press release, chief executive officer Ragu Bhargava said: “Over the past 22 years, we have developed strong expertise, operations and local networks across the world. As we continue to experience significant growth, we are investing in our company and our worldwide employee base to support our clients globally and locally. The new Poland office will help us service eastern Europe in real time.”

Following the new openings, Global Upside will have nearly 30 offices across 14 countries. The company has opened offices in five countries in the past year and is looking to increase staff by at least 50% across all offices by mid-2022.
