Arctech, a California-based provider of intelligent solar trackers, has officially opened its new operations centre in Valencia, Spain.

This strategic facility consolidates essential functions such as supply chain management, logistics, distribution, after-sales support, and project coordination. The centre aims to bolsters Arctech’s operational capabilities in Europe and improves service delivery throughout the complete solar value chain.

From Valencia, Arctech imports components, organises truck-based delivery to final project locations, and maintains local inventory for prompt replacements, thus removing dependence on shipments from its more remote production facilities.

The newly established centre boasts more than 3,500sqm of warehouse space, four unloading docks, and fully furnished office areas. This facility aims to offer Delivered Duty Paid deliveries across Europe, enhancing lead times, optimising logistics, and improving after-sales service.

Angel Moreno, head of supply chain for Europe, said: “This centre is a key pillar of our European strategy. It allows us to deliver faster, more efficient service that aligns with our clients’ expectations. It’s a cornerstone of our regional supply chain and reflects our commitment to proximity and quality.”

Pedro Magalhaes, general manager for Arctech Europe, added, “This is more than an infrastructure expansion. It’s a clear signal of our long-term commitment to Europe. This centre brings us closer to our clients and positions us to scale sustainably in the region.”
